Kusudi Village operates in seasonal cohorts. Each cohort begins at a defined entry point so participants move through the work together with structure and focus.


Cohort Calendar 2026


Begin the first Wednesday after the first day of Spring and Fall.

The Spring and Fall Equinox Cohorts follow a structured 12 week format designed for depth and steady progression.  Cohorts are intentionally small, ranging from 4 to 16 parents. This ensures meaningful discussion, individual attention, accountability, and a protected space where real work can happen without participants getting lost in the group.  Parents may choose one of two pacing options for the season:

Spring Equinox Cohorts

Weekly Option: Wednesdays beginning March 25, 2026

(March 25 - June 17, 2026)

Bi Weekly Option: Sundays beginning March 29, 2026

(March 29 - June 21, 2025)

Weekly Option: Wednesday beginning September 23, 2026

(September 23 - December 16, 2026)

Bi Weekly Option: Sundays beginning March 29, 2026

(September 24 - December 17, 2026)

Participants who enroll during our initial launch period receive 30% off as early supporters of Kusudi Village.  Discount valid until December 2026.

Mini Accelerated Cohorts are held in June and December.  These are 3 week intensives designed for concentrated work in a shorter window. Mini cohorts do not include integration weeks.

The Entrance Interview window opens 60 days prior to the cohort start date.

Entrance Interviews close 14 days before the cohort begins.

Contracts must be signed and payment plans finalized no later than two weeks before the start date. No exceptions.

Enrollment is closed once the cohort begins.

Enrollment Timeline

Review the cohort calendar and choose the session that fits your schedule.

  1. Submit the Interest Form.

  2. Schedule a 20 minute Entrance Interview call. This determines whether the cohort is the right fit.

  3. If accepted, complete the intake process.

  4. Select your coaching structure.

  5. Sign your agreement and finalize payment at least two weeks before the start date.

  6. Receive onboarding details and prepare for your cohort start.
